As part of my Personal and Professional development module, I had to create a creative pack that including items such as: CV, cover letter, letter head, invoice, digital portfolio and compliment slip.
I have really enjoyed doing this pack… Can’t wait to start selling my products!!!

Finding geometric shapes

To go alongside my bird drawings I am also looking into contemporary architecture concentrating on looking at geometric shapes.
I have kept my style graphic like I have done with the birds to ensure that they can sit together.

I have been busy drawing away this last week, really trying to concentrate on my style of drawing which is using a fine liner to do graphic style images. I have have been concentrating mainly on birds as I need these to be top notch as I will not be doing much development to them! Hope you like….>

Final brief…

For this last brief we get to write our own with brief with a choice of three final outcomes:

Fashion

Interiors/ wallpaper

stationary/ cards & gift wrap

I have decided that I am going to wrapping paper, cards with gift tags as I have not had the chance to of them over the course of this degree so this will be a great opportunity to translate me skills over into this area.

We also got to choose any theme we wanted so I have chosen to do man-made verses nature. To narrow this down I have researched Contemporary Architecture and tropical birds.

Here are my final designs, I am really happy with the end result. I used silk cotton instead of satin this was because the print is visible on both sides. On reflection I wish I had chosen the satin as it would hang better… anyway hope you like them!
